Job Summary We are looking for a Post Sales Technical Manager in New Delhi to lead our post-sales operations, ensuring smooth customer onboarding, training, and long-term satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the technical team, and the sales team, driving successful software implementation, customer retention, and subscription renewals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the post-sales technical team, assigning and monitoring activities. Oversee software installation, configuration, and successful customer onboarding. Plan and execute training schedules for customers and internal teams. Monitor training delivery, collect feedback, and ensure documented customer confirmation. Collaborate with the sales team to support training targets, implementation, and pending payments. Work closely with clients to address technical queries and ensure smooth adoption of solutions. Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain documentation of post-sales activities. Support subscription renewals through effective customer engagement and post-sales actions Build long-term customer relationships by driving satisfaction and continuous improvement. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Tool Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 3+ years of experience in post-sales support, technical management, or application engineering in CAD/CAM, CNC machining, or related industry. Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAM software, and manufacturing workflows. Proven team management, planning, and client-handling experience. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
