We're looking for an Experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in Interior design Fit-out construction works, Civil, MEP projects. Minimum 5-7 years of Experience with reputable contracting company (mention as required qualification and questions asked) must be experienced in Civil, structural, Interior fitout & MEP trades. Experience in handling structural Engineering particularly construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton / frame works of a building, load calculations etc. will be considered as an added advantage. Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects is MUST. MEP experience and knowledge is preferable. Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately. Keen eye for detail. Excellent communication coordination skills between design, project, production & client teams. Must be experienced in doing project works schedules. Hand on experience composing handling projects daily business paper works as submittals, IR etc. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Time management target oriented Good planner Excellent communication skills Experience of handling client Coordination between inhouse and external resources Job Type : Full-time
