Department: Marketing Experience: 2 to 6 years Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA Company: Cellecor Gadgets Limited Industry: Consumer Electronics / D2C / E-commerce Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across channels. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance. Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs : CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more. Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align campaign strategies. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio to track performance and generate reports. Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms. Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Contribute to the overall digital strategy to boost brand visibility and sales. Required Skills: 2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing . Proven track record of managing D2C campaigns and achieving high ROAS. Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting. Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Nice to Have: Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, WebEngage). Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
