Opportunity to work in a leading EV leasing & Lifecycle Management company with exposure to complex financing structures, investor reporting, and compliance frameworks . Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager  with 5–6 years of hands-on expertise in accounting, compliance, and reporting within a leasing / financial services environment . The role will focus on managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Ind-AS, and supporting treasury, audits, and MIS for decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Reporting Adoption and transition from Indian GAAP to Ind-AS Manage day-to-day accounting Monthly closing of books of accounts 2. Financial Controls & Compliance Ensure Compliance with Companies Act, Ind-AS, GST, TDS and Income Tax regulations Build Internal Controls, audit trails, and maker-checker processes Coordinate with internal legal and compliance teams for regular fillings 3. Treasury & Payable / Receivables Support treasury team in funding, repayments, and covenant tracking Oversee collections and customer reconciliations  for lease rentals Monitor payables cycle: vendor payments, insurance, maintenance costs. Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital planning. 4. Audit & Taxation Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors . Prepare schedules and reconciliations for audits. Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, income tax . Handle assessments, notices, and queries from regulators. 5. Team & Process Oriented Implement process improvements  in accounting and reporting. Support ERP/accounting system integration and automation. Guide internal accounts team and ensure accuracy of their work. Qualifications Education : CA / CMA / MBA Finance / . Experience : 5–6 years in accounting & finance, preferably in leasing, NBFC, or asset financing sector . Strong knowledge of Ind-AS 116 (Leases), Ind-AS 102 (ESOPs), GST, TDS, Income Tax recent regulations and accounting judgements . Exposure to ERP systems (Zoho and Lease Management Softwares) . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
