Looking for a Market Entry Coordinator (India-Focused) who will act as the execution engine for projects — ensuring clients get the insights, connections, and support they need to establish themselves in India. Role Overview:- As a Market Entry Coordinator, you will: -Work directly with foreign companies — SMBs and mid-sized enterprises across sectors such as industrial equipment, healthcare, food & beverages, SaaS, and consumer goods — that are seeking to enter the Indian market. -Provide research, coordination, and project support to ensure smooth market entry and expansion. -Act as the bridge between clients, Indian stakeholders, and our delivery partner network. Key Responsibilities:- -Conduct in-depth market research on industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments relevant to client projects. -Map the regulatory and compliance landscape in India (FSSAI, CDSCO, BIS, GST, import duties, etc.) and prepare checklists/reports for clients. -Build and maintain a database of potential Indian distributors, agents, vendors, and trade associations relevant to clients. -Assist in partner identification and outreach — contacting distributors, channel partners, and associations on behalf of clients. -Prepare client-ready deliverables: presentations, reports, and market-entry playbooks. -Coordinate with international clients on timelines, queries, and progress updates. -Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. -Support business development by drafting proposals, case studies, and insights. Ideal Candidate Profile:- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA/PGDM is a plus. Experience: 1–4 years in research, consulting, international trade, or business development. Fresher MBAs with strong analytical skills may also apply. Skills Required:- -Strong analytical & research abilities. -Excellent written and verbal communication (English mandatory; knowledge of another foreign language is a bonus). -Ability to create structured presentations & reports. -Good knowledge of Indian regulatory and business environment. -Familiarity with LinkedIn, B2B databases, and research tools. -Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
