Job Purpose This job will exclusively focus on managing IT, Digital / Technical requirements for MNC’s / Start-ups/ GCC’s, etc. This role requires working hands-on, on critical Leadership roles. An individual must own & manage the entire process end to end. Job Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g. Headhunting, job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates for IT positions. Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Use market insights to tailor your recruitment strategies. Under client requirement and strategies to source candidates as per the need. Efficient candidate management throughout the hiring process and ensure low backout ratio. Developing, owning, and implementing delivery strategies to maximize revenue. Oversee the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities. Database Management: Ensure to update and share all designated dashboards timely. 100% compliance to internal ATS and tools. Networking: Proactively establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels. Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights through networking activities, allowing for a better understanding of candidate preferences, skill sets in demand, and emerging talent. Represent the organization professionally and positively within the industry and professional networks, promoting the employer brand and value proposition to potential candidates. Self-Learning & Others: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the staffing industry. Invest in self-learning which have direct impact to revenue, productivity & profitability. Use market insights to tailor your recruitment strategies. Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement. Regularly assess your recruitment processes and look for areas to enhance efficiency. Understand how to use recruitment metrics and analytics tools effectively. Follow all SOPs in the company. Perform other tasks and special projects as per Business need. Required Knowledge 8-15 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing recruitment. Should have worked for IT roles in BFSI, Start up, Product, GCC’s industries among others with expertise in staffing industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Full time graduate with overall first division. Master’s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
