Job description: Location: New Delhi Job Summary We are looking for a talented, creative and motivated individual with experience in graphic design & digital design. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualization and development of marketing and communications-design projects majorly for print and outdoor media. The ideal candidate for this role is an innovative and personable individual who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Develop high quality, high impact visual assets for majorly print media as well as digital, video, social media, email, outdoor and interactive. 2. Collaborate with other Marketing & Communications team members to develop communications, brand and marketing materials/campaigns. 3. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute creative, professional and cost-effective visual design concepts that support company and product business needs. 4. Manage proper use of branding and brand standards to ensure consistency of visuals, language, tone and content throughout all design work. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Candidates must possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience, demonstrated hands-on expertise, and a relevant creative degree.   Required Skills 1. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop as well as additional experience with a full range of Adobe Creative Suite Products. 2. Proficient in developing industry-leading visual design concepts that meet business goals. 3. Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and present design strategy to key customers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 4. A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design work across diverse channels and mediums, including digital formats. 5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. 6. Strong attention to detail and ability to modify/iterate designs based on feedback. 7. Desire to solve problems in an innovative manner and eagerness to continually learn & grow. 8. Demonstrates a passion for clean design, love of typography, knowledge of color theory.
