Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Trainer with strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, especially in layering techniques. The role involves training and guiding junior designers, managing senior team members, ensuring discipline within the team, and overseeing quality checks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining TAT, monitoring performance and driving the team to achieve production targets.. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Part Roles : Provide comprehensive training on Adobe Photoshop with emphasis on layering techniques and production workflows . Create training plans, modules, and assessments for new Graphic Designers. Guide trainees to move from training phase to live production , ensuring they meet the expected quality and speed. Conduct refresher sessions and skill development workshops for existing team members. 2. Managerial Part Roles: Manage and supervise both senior and junior Graphic Designers , ensuring clear task allocation and smooth workflow. Maintain disciplinary standards within the team to uphold professionalism and work ethics. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve their individual and team performance goals . Act as the point of contact between the design team and higher management, sharing progress reports, issues, and feedback regularly. 3. Task Related Roles: a. Quality Checking Perform regular quality audits of design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Provide constructive feedback and corrective guidance to improve the quality of work. b. Maintaining TAT Ensure all assigned design tasks are completed within the specified deadlines . Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks to prevent backlogs or delays. c. Monitoring Achievement of Targets Track individual and team daily/weekly/monthly productivity against defined targets. Implement corrective measures and performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
