Role & responsibilities: Ensuring the stability and safety of structure and foundations Review of civil RFC drawings for BTG system civil constructions Civil construction methodologies in foundations and structures for turbines and generators, Boiler, buildings, roads, and drainage systems Construction of buildings for control rooms, maintenance facilities, and other essential plant functions, ESP, and other specialized structures, access roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure Civil construction materials, their specifications and construction machineries Bill of Quantity estimation and cost engineering for civil works Planning, scheduling, and managing construction activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement as per handover schedule Conformity of equipment GA, foundations/ supports drawings and civil constructions Overseeing construction activities to ensure they adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards Preparing technical reports, drawings, and other documentation related to the project. Civil work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro, and ETABS for design, AVEVA PDMS or SmartPlant 3D for plant design, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
