The company operates a state-of-the-art plant for Starter Enclosures in Delhi NCR and a dedicated facility in Madhya Pradesh for highly engineered Motor Starters and Switchgear. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Shahdol. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, the Sales Executive will prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and handle customer inquiries. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the electrical equipment industry is a plus
