Job PurposeTo monitor and manage security systems and physical security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and premises, while responding promptly to incidents and maintaining compliance with security policies. Key Responsibilities• Monitor and operate security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, fire detection, intrusion systems).• Supervise security staff (SOC operators & guards) to ensure vigilance and adherence to SOPs.• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; escalate critical issues as per protocol.• Conduct patrols, inspections, and audits of premises to ensure effective physical security.• Coordinate with field teams, law enforcement, and emergency services when required.• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift handovers.• Train and guide team members in SOC operations, physical security practices, and reporting.• Ensure system functionality, report malfunctions, and liaise with technical support teams. Qualifications & Skills• Graduate or equivalent; preference for candidates with Security, IT, or Law Enforcement background.• 2-5 years of experience in SOC / physical security operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.• Knowledge of electronic security systems and physical security procedures.• Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.• Proficiency in MS Office and incident reporting tools.
