Job Description

We are looking for a DESIGN INTEGRATOR (DI)/SB Author for SLUD/CABIN/AIRFRAME/AVIONICS SB of Airbus. The DI should be able to independently (or with minimum guidance) perform the analysis for the Airbus SLUD SB of WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB. Job Description: · Create/revise config analysis & SB preparation activities for the Airbus SEMB/SLUD SB for SA, LR, MB & XWB. · Good knowledge in drawing interpretation of Mechanical & Electrical. · Good in MOD & TRS Analysis. · Must be familiar with the Mechanical and Electrical preparation process. · Knowledge of analyzing SBCR, Preparation sheet, Offer letter & SBO. · Configuration analysis as per airbus SB standard to identify the pre & post-drawings. · Familiarize with Airbus standards of S1000D, iSpec 2200, and ASD STE – 100. · Knowledge of different Aircraft systems, Aircraft Structures & Aircraft Cabins. · Perform Technical Analysis of the criteria and the related data source. · Knowledge on different requests ELA, W&B, Operational Manual Impact. · Knowledge on Parity & Pin programming. · Knowledge of SAP PCS, PAC & PGI, and Authoring Tools in SAMM DACAS, TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, , ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS. · Access study to specify the work location. · Good knowledge of impact analysis and making different requests to the respective teams (Ex: W&B, ELD, Operational Impact, etc...,) · Carry out the precise sequence of the Quality Plan's preparation process. · Estimate the timeline and make a real commitment with the project leader. · Active Participation in customer communication for any queries. · Maintaining the quality (RFT) and KPIs for the task assigned. · Managing the workload and maintaining the OTD (on-time deliveries) and quality. · Perform DCT check as per customer requirement. · Familiar with root cause analysis like 5 Why and 8D methods (NCR). Qualification: · B.E / B. Tech in Aeronautics · B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical engineering with aeronautical engineering industry exposure · AME with Airline or Tech data exposure
