We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and stakeholder engagements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. In addition to administrative excellence, the EA will also be responsible for driving projects and providing project management support for initiatives led by the CEO. Executive Support Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and filter communications (emails, calls, correspondence) to optimize CEO’s time. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and minutes for meetings. Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met. Business & Strategic Support Conduct research, prepare reports, and synthesize data to support strategic decision-making. Liaise with senior leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Assist in preparation for Board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor discussions. Project & Program Management Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO. Develop project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on project objectives. Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO. Operational Excellence Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CEO-led initiatives. Support in monitoring business priorities, projects, and key performance indicators. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
