Position Head QC Management Level Senior Department Quality Control Proposed Designation Manager / Senior Manager – Quality Control Somsara Plant, Hooghly, WB Qualification Post Graduate in Plastic Engineering / CIPET Experience in years Minimum 10 years of experience, out of which 5 years in a managerial role of QC dept. Job Description Lab Testing – visual, physical and functional inspection Drawing analysis and making specifications of Products and Input Material. Monitoring Documentation and all Quality activities as per SOP including ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 etc.) In-house Audit of Finished Goods as per sampling plan. Responsibility for product Quality conformities Active Role in New Mould development, trials, and validation. Ensuring calibration of all Testing Instruments. Trial Report approval in new product and active role in new product development. Monitoring and assuring the activities in the Clean Room like validation, temperature, humidity, and dress code. Customer handling and preparation of necessary reports like RCA, CAPA, MOM, etc. Continuous improvement of Quality management system Surveillance ISO, FSSC programming, and System perfection Audit presentation and examination with a focus on organizational business improvement Statistically process control (SPC) analysis and arrive at the process with the optimum level of conformities. Dealing with customer complaint and their permanent solution. Skill requirement Candidate should have knowledge of the following Materials / Products: PET / HDPE / LDPE / PP / HIPS PET Bottles, Preforms and Jars HDPE, PP & HIPS Containers PP Caps for Jars & Bottles Industry Preference Pet Preform manufacturing
