JOB DESCRIPTION • Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis. Arch, B. Interior Design. • Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA,Design Management • Minimum 7-8 Years of experience • Ability to understand Ops challenges and build relationships to overcome ops blockers • Should have managed a team of minimum 10 team members • Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment. • Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions • Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach. • Willing to go the extra miles it takes to win in a super competitive market. • Innovative, resourceful and comfortable with dynamic business requirements
