JOB TITLE - Retail Sales Associate (RBM) BRAND - Lladró REPORTING TO - Store Director LOCATION - Palladium Mall, Chennai. In India, we already operate through 9 Boutiques in Top premium malls. Do visit the Lladró website: MAIN PURPOSE This is a front-end sales position. Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique include store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty Build a long-term relationship with the customer Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often · Education. Bachelor's Degree · Experience: 1 – 5 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand · Languages: Fluent in English · Skills required: Ø Organized & process oriented Ø Brand Image Concerned Ø Ability to write reports Ø Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills Ø Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
