Our services include cryogenic supply systems, engineering, construction, installation, training, and maintenance. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Regulatory Compliance Manager. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and standards. This includes new and renewals of licenses with authorities like PESO, Labour, Factories Act, etc. This will also include insurance management, policies, renewals, claims etc. May include in relationship management with lawyers and local law enforcement officers. This involves monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments, developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing training to staff on compliance-related matters. The role also requires regular communication with regulatory bodies and staying updated on industry regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Finance and Regulatory Affairs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business, or Finance Prior experience in the gases or chemical industry is a plus
