Job Title: DGM / GM – Corporate Affairs Job Summary: The incumbent for corporate affairs will be responsible for creating and maintaining the organization’s image to enhance business performance. This role requires building and maintaining strategic relationships with all stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve external impact for our iron and steel manufacturing plant and new projects. The position involves strategically managing all corporate affairs liaison-related activities and compliance management. It requires close coordination with government agencies, compliance monitoring, and handling external communications to support the strategic objectives of the company. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain the organization’s image to enhance business performance. Build and maintain strategic relationships with all stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve external impact for manufacturing plants and new projects. Strategically manage corporate affairs liaison-related activities. Ensure effective compliance management and monitoring. Coordinate closely with government agencies. Handle external communications to support strategic objectives. Required Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Public Administration, or equivalent. CS (Company Secretary) qualification preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
