Qualification - Science Graduate/ + MBA Preferred Total Experience needed - 8 - 10 yrs Duties and responsibilities Identification of New Sources Evaluation of New & Existing Sources Building strong relationship & development of sources Development of product wise sourcing strategy Preparing & conceptualizing annual/periodic sourcing plan Timely buying positions based on market intelligence Creating network for appropriate information & structure to capture market intelligence routinely Ensuring timely & consistent availability of product Increasing share of contractual sourcing /Formula pricing Maintaining Inventory efficiency. Responsible to deplete inventory Sourcing of Key , Non Key, Raw Materials & Packaging Materials. Sourcing of New Products Suggesting new products to NPD and evaluating the new products to be launched by the company Order risk review & managing risk return ratio Market specific representation & agreement to augment sales Payable management Supplier satisfaction & complaint redressal Qualifications Post Graduate with Chemistry & MBA 8-10 years of sourcing experience in commodity chemicals, specialty chemicals & contract Manufacturing Overseas sourcing experience Primary level quality scanning for the product Team leading exposure Well networked person in chemical industry
