Job Description Name of the Company : Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited Position Head : Manager EHS Role Purpose : To keep employees & Environment Safe, Healthy & Happy Roles that he/she reports to - EHS Head Location : Dahej, Gujarat Qualification : B E/ Diploma- Chemical Engineering Or B. Sc./M Sc- Chemistry & PDIS/ADIS Years of experience : 15-20 Years Focus Areas: • To guide & control implementation of EHS policies, procedures & compliances • To establish sound EHS practices in a Factory to achieve Zero tolerance culture on unsafe act /conditions • To ensure Zero NC/observations related to statutory compliances • To ensure Zero NC /observations pertaining to EHS audits • To ensure Process safety parameters of Chemical plant & continual improvements in this function • To guide Management by preparing sound EHS MIS and ensuring P-D-C-A of Management directives • To lead IMS 9001, 14001 & 45001 w.r.t. EHS function KSA-Knowledge, Skills & Attributes • Proven experience of leading EHS function of Chemical Plant • In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. EHS) and procedures • Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices Multiple Chemistry Unit Process & Unit Operation safety , MSDS • Knowledge about EHS audits & P -D-C-A • Emergency Response Master • RCA expertise • Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety • Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics • Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus • Outstanding organizational skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics • Knowledge of IMS, occupational health and Safety and OHSAS knowledge • Good knowledge of Chemistry handling multiple chemicals esp. hazardous • Knowledge of the EHS facility, machinery/equipment, processes, legal/regulatory EHS Preferences • The Candidate who is not having frequent changes in career & stayed minimum 3+ years in at least two organization. • The candidate who can join early. Mandatory • To stay with family either at Bharuch or Ankleshwar.
