Position R&D Associate / Chemist (Surfactants and Emulsifiers) - Reactions Location Bharuch Industrial Area, Gujarat Qualification B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry Job Overview We are looking for a Process Development Chemist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in surfactant and specialty chemical process development. The role involves designing and conducting experiments, optimizing processes, and supporting technology transfer from lab to pilot and plant scale. Requirements M.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry with 2–3 years of relevant lab experience Exposure to surfactants, emulsifiers, and process scale-up Strong understanding of esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation reactions Hands-on experience with autoclaves, EO/PO handling, and analytical tools (NMR, GC, HPLC, LC-MS) Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and collaborative team player Roles and Responsibilities Conduct lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization. Support process scale-up from lab → pilot → commercial plant. Work on yield improvement, impurity profiling, and process safety.
