Manage and grow relationships with CXO & Board-level stakeholders. Independentlyrun board and leadership mandates , ensuring high-quality execution. Take fullP&L ownershipfor the practice and scale it as a business unit. Work closely with the leadership team to drive growth and profitability.Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring. Long-term tenure with a reputed executive search or recruitment firm. Proven track record of handlingboard-level and CXO mandatesindependently. Strong exposure toFinance leadership hiring ; background in banking or financial services is preferred.
