Procurement & Purchase Cycle Management o Handle end-to-end purchase cycle from inquiry to delivery. o Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment. 2. Vendor Management & Negotiation o Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. o Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement. 3. Coordination & Communication o Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements and approvals. o Independently draft and send professional emails to vendors and internal teams. 4. Documentation & Compliance o Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier databases. o Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines. 5. Other Responsibilities o Provide support in other purchase-related or administrative activities as assigned. o Continuously explore cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
