The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance airport efficiency, passenger experience, and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of airport technology projects, including passenger processing systems, baggage handling, and airside applications. Manage application development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with airport stakeholders, airlines, ground handlers, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment. Oversee integration of applications with existing airport systems (e.g., AODB, FIDS, BHS, CUTE/CUPPS). Ensure compliance with aviation standards (IATA, ICAO) and cybersecurity protocols. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers. Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting. Manage vendor relationships and third-party development teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in technical project management. 3+ years of experience in airport technology or aviation domain. Strong background in application development (web/mobile/cloud). Familiarity with airport systems: AODB, FIDS, BHS, RMS, CUTE/CUPPS. Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
