Perform functional, regression, integration, and user interface testing across multiple banking channels. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Execute test cases and document results using test management tools. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM. Conduct API testing and validate backend services and data flows. Support UAT and production release testing. Ensure compliance with banking security and performance standards.
