*Please only apply if you have hands-on experience in CorelDRAW* Eng agement: Internship / Full-time Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month (for interns) – negotiable based on experience Key Responsibilities : Design print and digital assets using CorelDRAW (posters, wall art, certificates, brochures, etc.) Edit short videos, reels, event highlights, motion graphics using After Effects & Premiere Pro Organize and maintain a clean file system for all designs and video content – non-negotiable Plan content proactively based on photos/videos received from school campuses Maintain brand consistency across formats and campuses Adapt designs based on data-driven priorities from the marketing team Tools - Must Know: CorelDRAW – print design (posters, standees, branding) Adobe After Effects – motion design and animations Adobe Premiere Pro – event video editing, reels, school content Tools - Preferred: Photoshop & Illustrator – image editing, vector clean-up Canva – rapid design for social media and internal use CapCut / VN / mobile editors – quick reel editing Figma / Google Slides – wireframes or visual mockups You are a great fit if you: Are a design/media student or fresher with a good portfolio Can think visually and also organize content systematically Understand what works for Tier 2/3 city audiences Love turning raw school footage into meaningful, beautiful content Are proactive, self-managed, and responsive on deadlines
