Job Title: Purchase Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Capex Location: Indore (Near Airport) Department: Procurement & Supply Chain About the Company: Kimirica Hunter International is India’s largest manufacturer of luxury hotel amenities, serving over 5,000 hotels across 40+ countries. As a pioneer in vegan and sustainable personal care solutions, we partner with leading hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Taj, Leela, and Air India. We are seeking a driven Purchase Executive – Capex to join our expanding procurement team and support Capex, project-based sourcing, and maintenance operations. Role Summary: The Purchase Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing capital equipment, engineering spares, packaging materials, and intermediates, ensuring uninterrupted operations and timely project execution. This role requires hands-on experience in greenfield project procurement, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: · Manage procurement of Capex items, maintenance spares, MROs, and plant utilities · Support procurement activities for greenfield/brownfield expansion projects · Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and intermediates for production · Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers · Negotiate prices, contracts, delivery schedules, and payment terms · Maintain optimal inventory levels while ensuring material availability · Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams · Monitor supplier performance and resolve any material supply issues · Maintain purchase records, cost sheets, and procurement KPIs · Ensure compliance with internal policies, budgets, and quality standards Requirements: · Experience: 5–7 years in purchase, procurement, or supply chain (Capex/greenfield project experience preferred) · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management Skills: · Strong negotiation and vendor development capabilities · Familiarity with engineering components, Capex planning, and project sourcing · Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement tools, and Microsoft Office · Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills · Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
