We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to join a fast-growing herbal care manufacturer and exporter . This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founder, driving critical strategic initiatives, cross-functional management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute with speed and precision in a high-growth environment. Title: Business Head Reporting to: Founder Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 10–15 years with proven P&L ownership and international business leadership Current functional structure: Business Head will lead Exports, Domestic Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, HR, Operations (team of 350) Key responsibilities: Own the global P&L; drive scale from ₹200 Cr → ₹500 Cr in ~3 years Build the USA market as a priority, while strengthening EU/Asia and domestic Professionalize operations at multiple locations; ensure FSSAI/GMP/global compliance Build and mentor the leadership team; drive KPIs, dashboards, and a rigorous review cadence Establish strong governance and reporting to the owner Represent the company to key customers/distributors and at major global forums Expand margins via product mix and cost discipline (freight/CHA/operations) Preferred background : Nutraceuticals/herbal extracts/botanicals/healthcare or API/pharma exports; prior CEO/COO/Business Head roles; MBA/International Business or relevant science background preferred Must-haves : Hands-on P&L in a growth context; proven export scaling (preferably USA + EU); willingness to travel internationally (~60 days/year); ability to command respect across teams; excellent English and C-level negotiation skills They are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
