Job Title: Data Engineer Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Coimbatore Position: Full-time Department: Annalect Engineering Position Overview Annalect is currently seeking Data Engineering Developer (Machine Learning) to develop and optimize an AI-powered content co-authoring solution for pharmaceutical marketing. This role will be pivotal in leveraging OpenAI’s API, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques, and ensuring that AI-generated content aligns with brand strategy and compliance standards. The ideal candidate has experience deploying large language models (LLMs), working with vector databases, and developing ML workflows to enhance content automation and compliance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Integrate and fine-tune OpenAI’s GPT models for AI-assisted content generation. Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines Design scalable AI architectures to analyze and synthesize pharmaceutical marketing assets. Integrate AI-powered asset recommendation systems, leveraging structured metadata from PostgreSQL / Snowflake aligning with provided business rules to tailor AI-generated outputs to brand messaging Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in machine learning / AI engineering, preferably with LLMs. Proficiency in Azure, Ubuntu, Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs. Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and natural language processing (NLP). Familiarity with compliance automation and risk mitigation strategies for AI-generated content.
