Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our inbound care operations. You will manage sales campaigns, create incentive programs based on sales attainment, and oversee the governance of sales performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy: Analyze customer interactions to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the inbound care team. Sales Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth. Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement. Incentive Program Development: Create and manage incentive programs that motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as needed. Performance Governance: Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and goals. Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills of team members. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team performance. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales coaching or management role, preferably within a contact center environment. Strong understanding of upsell and cross-sell strategies in a customer care context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in campaign management and incentive program development. Proficient in CRM software and sales performance management tools.
