Are you ready to be the Mission Commander of a ground-breaking EdTech venture? We’re looking for an Innovation Catalyst to drive the Unified Personal Learning Assistant (UPLA) – a next-gen AI-powered learning product being incubated at a leading women’s college in Chennai in partnership with Kingspire. This role is like being the mini-CEO on campus : you’ll shape content, harness AI tools, rally faculty and student creators, and make critical calls on what gets built next. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy ●      Serve as the Campus Venture Lead for the product, steering the project vision and execution. ●      Act as the central decision-maker for prioritization of product features and content pipelines. ●      Bridge institutional goals with startup agility, reporting to both Kingspire leadership and the college's incubation cell. Content & AI Integration ●      Oversee end-to-end content creation, curation, and quality assurance. ●      Ensure content aligns with curricula, pedagogy, and academic rigor. ●      Harness Generative AI tools and custom annotation workflows to accelerate content production and data labeling. Team & Stakeholder Management ●  Mentor and coordinate a diverse team of full-time staff, part-time contributors, faculty experts, student interns, and researchers. ●      Build engagement frameworks for faculty and students acting as content creators and AI annotators. ●      Foster collaboration between Kingspire’s professional developers and the college’s academic community. Operational Excellence ●      Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables with startup discipline. ●      Conduct regular sprint reviews, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures and maintain compliance with institutional incubation policies and data/IP governance norms. Innovation & Growth ●      Explore, pilot, and deploy emerging GenAI tools for scalable educational impact. ●      Continuously improve processes — from content pipelines to data annotation practices. ●      Prepare UPLA for external pilot deployments in other colleges and universities. Qualifications ●      Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, Computer Science, or related fields. ●      5+ years’ experience in project management, content strategy, or EdTech initiatives. ●      Strong background in content development/curriculum design with proven ability to integrate technology. ●      Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) and custom labeling tools. ●      Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ●      Prior experience in a startup, innovation hub, or incubation program preferred. Desired Attributes ●      Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on ownership and accountability. ●      Balances academic sensitivity with product scalability. ●      Operates comfortably in a hybrid academic–startup environment. ●      Strong interpersonal skills to engage faculty, students, and external partners alike. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ●      ≥90% of project milestones delivered on time. ●      50 content modules published within first 90 days with ≥95% QA approval. ●      Weekly active user rate of ≥60% among pilot students. ●      +8–12% improvement in learning outcomes for pilot cohorts. ●      ≥95% support issues resolved within SLA timelines. ●      Faculty CSAT ≥3.5/5 and Student CSAT ≥4.0/5.
