Job Role: Workday Learning Lead Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurugram Experience:-7+years Job Description: Lead the Learning work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality. Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements. Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff (depending upon project structure) Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping. Configure and test the Workday Learning system. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives. Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets. Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Ox. Must have Learning experience Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Learning for global rollouts Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities Certifications Workday HCM core. (Must Have) Workday US Learning. (Preferred) Experience & Background BE/BTech/M Tech/MBA/MCA from an accredited college/university. Should have a minimum 2-3 end to end Workday deployment lifecycle experience as a workstream lead for Workday Learning.
