The candidates will be on our company’s payroll and will be deployed to McLaren for the duration of the engagement. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong core Java development skills along with hands-on experience in AEM, focusing on component development, system integrations, and delivering scalable content management solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows. Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code for backend development. Develop OSGi services, servlets, and Sling models to support AEM applications. Integrate AEM with external systems such as REST APIs and third-party services. Implement core AEM functionalities including WCM, DAM, MSM, and personalization. Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing AEM applications. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile ceremonies. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure timely project delivery. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, JSP, and Servlets. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service). Proficiency in AEM development including Components, Templates, OSGi, Sling, and JCR. Experience with HTL (Sightly), Java Use API, and Sling Models. Familiarity with AEM workflows, replication, dispatcher, and CRXDE. Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. Experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Git, and Jenkins. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
