About the Role: You’ll be part of a global technology team focused on developing high-performing, secure, and scalable systems. This role involves end-to-end ownership — from designing new systems and optimizing performance to ensuring smooth production delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy robust applications with minimal supervision. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver technology solutions. Ensure adherence to high-quality engineering and security standards. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and optimize system performance. Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot , AWS , Docker , Kubernetes , Terraform , PostgreSQL , Kafka , GitHub , Jenkins , and CI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience with design patterns , agile methodology , and test frameworks . Solid understanding of secure coding and system resilience . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture and message-driven integrations . Familiarity with synchronous/asynchronous processing and error handling using Spring Boot. Proven ability to produce scalable, high-performance application designs.
