Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring timely posting of journal entries and reconciliations. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Generate and assist in Management Information System (MIS) reports to support decision-making. • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other tax obligations. • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS statements, and other statutory reports within prescribed timelines. • Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reports as required. • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support financial planning. • Track and monitor expenses to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities. • Manage accounts receivable by following up on collections and reconciling incoming payments. • Monitor and analyze aging of payables and receivables to maintain healthy cash flow. Requirements: • A qualified CA or CA-Inter with 2 years of experience • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books and QuickBooks. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS reconciliation, and accounting compliance. • Dedicated, professional, and focused on delivering high-quality service.
