We’re on a mission to build a trusted and loved brand that speaks to young people globally.Note:We’re looking forcopywriters — not content writers.This role is for someone who can think conceptually, write creatively, and bring ideas to life through impactful social storytelling and brand language.Key Responsibilities Createengaging, platform-specific copyfor social media channels — including posts, captions, ad copies, video scripts, and short-form storytelling. Developcontent ideas and campaign narrativesthat resonate with audiences and amplify brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to craftscroll-stopping creativesand integrated campaigns. Write compelling copy forpaid and organic campaigns , ensuring tone, voice, and message consistency across all touchpoints. Conceptualize and executesocial-first campaigns and content IPsthat drive engagement, virality, and community growth. Stay ahead ofsocial media trends, memes, formats, and algorithmsto keep content fresh, relevant, and high-performing. Support in developingbrand storytelling frameworksfor ongoing social content and influencer collaborations. Present creative ideas and copy to internal teams and clients with strong strategic rationale and creative flair. Mentor junior writers and contribute to the overallcreative excellence and innovationof the team.Qualifications & Skills 4–5 years of experience as asocial media or digital copywriterin a creative agency or fast-paced brand environment. A strong portfolio demonstratingsocial-first campaigns , content series, and creative storytelling across platforms. Must have experience inad campaignsmandatorily. Proven ability to craftconcise, witty, and impactfulcopy aligned with brand personality and tone. Strong understanding ofsocial media trends, digital culture, and audience behavior . Experience working with designers, video editors, and strategists to create cohesive content experiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas creatively and strategically.
