Analyze complex insurance processes (e.g., claims adjudication, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals) to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with underwriters, claims analysts, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architect reusable components and frameworks for insurance-specific automation use cases. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, HIPAA).
