INTERNS REQUIRED TO WORK AS ASSISTANT TEACHERS Freshers / Graduates can apply (female candidates only) Monthly Stipend = Rs. 5,000 /- Period of Internship = 12 months Interns will be enrolled by School for ECCE Diploma costing Rs. 60,000 which will be fully sponsored by School Based on performance and demo, Interns can be converted into full time teachers Email Resume to Synopsis of Education Facilitator (EF) Intern Certification Program Program Structure Certificate Course (14 credits, 217 hours) Child Growth Development – 4 credits (59 hrs) Philosophical & Theoretical Perspectives in Education – 3 credits (44 hrs) Pedagogical Studies – 3 credits (49 hrs) Curriculum Studies – 2 credits (28 hrs) Educational Assessment & Evaluation – 1 credit (18 hrs) Safety and Security – 1 credit (19 hrs) Diploma (20 credits, 303 hours) Includes all certificate courses above (14 credits, 217 hrs) Additional 6 credits : Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – I (2 credits, 35 hrs) 21st Century Skills – Holistic Education (2 credits, 23 hrs) Promoting Health and Wellness through Education (2 credits, 28 hrs) Internship Framework Duration : One whole academic year (approx. 9–10 months, starting September). Study Commitment : 1 hour per day, 5 days a week. Work Commitment : 3.5–4 hours/day in classrooms, counted as the practical component . Mode of Learning : Training modules are self-paced and ideally completed after school hours. Additional Learning : Interns will also get access to online webinars complementing the self-paced modules. Certification Pathway Module-wise Certificates : Interns receive a certificate for each course completed (total: 9). Consolidated Certificate : Awarded on successful completion of all 9 courses. Diploma : Awarded on completion of the consolidated certificate plus 3 extended modules (total: 12 courses). Assessments & Administration Assessments & Quizzes : Entirely online. Fee Payment : Done online during registration by the schools. Payment Mode : One-time settlement (no instalments). Discontinuation : In case an intern exits mid-session, their course registration with SNDT will continue since fees are paid for the program and not tied to the internship. However, withdrawal from the school role must follow the standard one-month notice period and they will be liable to reimburse the entire course fee of ₹60,000/- to the school.(contract will be signed for the same) Enrolment Timeline : A cut-off date will be fixed once processes are finalized. Stipend & Perks Interns receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month Access to national and international symposiums as an additional perk (frequency to be determined). Employability On completion, interns will be eligible to teach up to Grade 2 . Schools benefit from young, energetic assistant teachers who add value while being groomed into future full-time hires . Documents Course syllabus and benchmarking against leading ECCE programs (e.g., AVM, Treehouse) shared. Pending Approvals SNDT Fee Committee approval for further discount will be based on negotiation depending on registrations. Month-wise Timeline (June – March) June Child Growth & Development (4 credits / 59 hrs) July Philosophical & Theoretical Perspectives in Education (3 credits / 44 hrs) August Pedagogical Studies (3 credits / 49 hrs) September Curriculum Studies (2 credits / 28 hrs) Safety & Security (1 credit / 19 hrs) October Educational Assessment & Evaluation (1 credit / 18 hrs) Certificate Program (14 credits / 217 hrs) completed by October November Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – I (2 credits / 35 hrs) December 21st Century Skills – Holistic Education (2 credits / 23 hrs) January Promoting Health & Wellness through Education (2 credits / 28 hrs) February – March Buffer months for assessments, revisions, webinars, symposiums, and certification process Diploma Program (20 credits / 303 hrs) completed by March Critical Points Mentorship & Supervision Framework We’ve said interns work 3.5–4 hours daily + practicum, but who supervises them daily? Main Teacher and Coordinator as and when required. Assessment Ownership While SNDT handles course-end exams, who is responsible for evaluating practicum (lesson plans, reflective journals, etc.) ? All submissions will be evaluated by the Hubblehox team Exit & Continuity Plan If an intern drops mid-year , what happens to: Classroom replacement? New intern/EF to be hired Certification continuity? Since the training fee is being incurred by the school, the intern will be required to enter into a contract with the school to remain on board for a stipulated duration. If, at any point, the intern discontinues or resigns before completion of the agreed period, they will be liable to reimburse the entire course fee of ₹60,000/-.
