Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade / Key Account Management Manage relationships with Modern Trade / LFR key accounts. Negotiate terms of business, joint business plans, and ensure growth in assigned accounts. New Product Introduction (NPI) Drive NPI launches in key accounts. Ensure planogram compliance in consultation with the category team. Sales & Stock Management Achieve sales targets including Sell-In and Sell-Out. Manage stock mapping, order generation, and PO fulfilment. Ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment. Merchandising & Visibility Plan product planograms and ensure effective execution at retail outlets. Monitor shelf space, displays, and brand visibility. Promoter & Team Management Place and manage in-store promoters effectively. Conduct regular store visits, assign targets, and monitor promoter performance. Marketing & Promotional Activities Plan and execute marketing initiatives, trade schemes, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams. Receivables & Account Management Monitor receivables and ensure timely account reconciliation with all key accounts. Competition Tracking Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and strategies. Provide market intelligence to management for decision-making. Requirements: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. 4–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management (preferably in FMCG / Consumer Durables / Electronics industry). Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and drive results through effective execution. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
