Key Responsibilities: Independently handle global payroll operations across multiple geographies. Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time tracking data . Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution. Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy. Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions. Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits. Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery. Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
