Now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager  who’s equally obsessed with creative hooks  and CTR graphs  — someone who knows how to make Meta ads feel human and  perform like magic. What You’ll DoStrategize, execute & scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) end-to-end Build and manage performance dashboards (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC) Research audiences, creatives, and placements to find what converts Work closely with the content & design team to craft thumb-stopping ad creatives Plan monthly budgets & campaign calendars aligned with brand goals Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels — and translate learnings into actionable insights Stay updated with Meta’s latest features, trends, and algorithm changes
