The ideal candidate is passionate about performance, scalability, and writing maintainable code.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain Django-based applications and RESTful APIsCollaborate with front-end and product teams to design and ship new featuresOptimize database queries and improve system performanceImplement integrations with external APIs and third-party servicesWrite clean, reusable, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to team best practicesRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience with Python and Django (Django REST Framework a plus)Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)Experience with Git, Celery, and RedisFamiliarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous tasksGood understanding of Docker, unit testing, and CI/CD workflowsExperience working in cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)Nice to HaveExperience with React / Next.js or other front-end frameworksFamiliarity with Kafka, MongoDB, or ClickHouseUnderstanding of scaling SaaS systems and multi-tenant architectures
