Job Title: International Customer Support Executive Location: Gurgaon (Remote – Work From Home) Shift: Rotational, including night shifts Experience: 0–2 years | Freshers Welcome Joining: Immediate Role Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll handle voice/email/chat interactions with global customers, ensuring prompt resolution and a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via voice/email/chat Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism Maintain service quality and adhere to process guidelines Document interactions and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) Basic computer proficiency and typing skills Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply Must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace
