Conduct personalized product demonstrations with customers through video calls, showcasing features, usage, and benefits. 2. Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions, ensuring a consultative sales approach. 3. Engage customers with empathy and professionalism, building trust and enhancing their buying experience. 4. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns in real-time to drive higher conversion rates. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting and analysis. 6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to share customer insights and improve overall customer engagement strategies. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, brand messaging, and competitor offerings to deliver a confident pitch. Requirements: 1.
