Good-to-Have SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role · Write script, create video content with animation and effects, provide background music and voiceover with a voice artist. · Assist creating/editing user guides, knowledge articles, policy documents. · Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos. · Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content. · Collaborate with the business teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals. · Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective.
