Job Title

Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday supplier and procurement integrations, particularly focused on cXML.Develop and maintain integrations for:Purchase Order Issue (cXML outbound)Supplier Invoice Inbound (cXML inbound)Conduct design sessions with multiple punch-out vendors to define requirements, establish connectivity, and ensure end-to-end integration.Configure, test, and validate Workday integrations in alignment with functional and business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, AP, Vendor Management) to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.Troubleshoot integration issues, manage connectivity testing, and ensure successful transaction flow with external vendors.Participate in functional testing, documentation, and production deployment activities.Provide post-implementation support and assist in handover to operations or maintenance teams.Required Qualifications:Workday Integration Certification (mandatory)Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Workday integration developmentProven experience with cXML-based procurement integrations, including:Purchase Order IssueSupplier Invoice InboundStrong knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBsExperience with Supplier Punch-Out, Procurement, and Supplier Portal integrationsAbility to independently lead design sessions, vendor discussions, and client-facing meetingsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work overlapping hours with EST time zone (at least 4 hours daily)
