Has a strong understanding of business processes, experience in designing and implementing solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements * Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement * Design and propose solutions that meet client business needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are implemented successfully * Develop and maintain solution designs and proposals * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needs * Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and provide coaching on solution design best practices
