Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering exceptional results to our enterprise clients, driving significant impact. We are now expanding our outreach and looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to drive marketing campaigns and support our sales team.Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Track and improve KPIs such asCTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and engagement rate . Create and manage content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns.2. Outreach Campaigns Support and manage email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, and other outreach channels. Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach for higher conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies.3. Sales Collaboration Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Provide campaign performance reports and actionable insights. Assist in preparing sales decks, case studies, and follow-up communication material.Qualifications & SkillsFirst Principles Thinking Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. 0–3 years of experience indigital marketing / outreach / sales enablement(internship or full-time). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email campaign tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) along with Agentic AI tools for marketing. Good understanding ofmarketing KPIs and reporting . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
