Your mission Help Merlin and Thine grow — fast and sustainably. You’ll scale what’s working (influencer engine, Meta ads, UGC, SEO) and find what’s next. You thrive at the intersection of creativity, numbers, and relentless execution. You’ll own: Creator engine: Find A-list talent, craft briefs, automate outreach, scale daily reach to millions. Paid growth: Plan, run, and optimize campaigns. Lifecycle & retention: Design journeys, emails, nudges that convert users to power users. Product-led growth: Spot viral loops and work with engineers to ship them. Analytics: Build dashboards and models, catch anomalies early, fix them fast.
