Job Overvie w Job Title : Senior Service Engineer (Analytical & Scientific Location : Chennai Industry : Analytics with Equipment Salary - 8 LPA Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in handling Analytical & Scientific equipment’s like AAS, ICP-OES, ED-XRF. Job Description: · To provide customer support, repair and testing of all instruments and performs field service calls and installations. · Responsible for the installation, training and getting the final acceptance from the customer. · Maintenance of the installed instrument’s. · Maintain the demo equipment. · Providing customer phone and e-mail support. · Training customers on software and hardware of instrument. · Promoting service replacement parts, service contracts. · Responsible for getting the installations tools. · Monitoring the preparation quotations for service issue when system out of warranty. · To prepare quotations for parts and service contract. · Provide all the necessary information to the service coordinator to updated customer data base. Salary: ₹. Between 60K to 70K per month.
